California Real Estate Licensing question?

Paul Maymi: Nope, you have to have a Real Estate Brokers license, or a Sales license and work under a broker to be involved in the transaction.

Rashad Marecki: If you plan to make a living out of this practice and working as a third party then you need a real estate sales license and work under a real estate broker, unless you get a real estate broker's license. If you are doing this as an investor then you need not have a license to sell or rent your own property or transfer it.I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck."FIGHT ON"...Show more

Myron Leftwich: Until a real estate license has been revoked or there's been a suspension, the agent can continue to practice as s/he does hold a license.
