Wilburn Denice: Use a hot glue gun.
Ivan Velazquez: I have been using Sally Hansen hard as nails for gluing plastic to steel so maybe that will work for you too. Apply a coat of Sally to each surface and allow to dry. Apply another coat and stick the pieces together. It will take a day for full strength of bond to develop. Rumor has it that Sally works better than other brands. She works for me.
