Antone Youla: Shirley Temple is a non-alcoholic mixed drink made with ginger ale, grenadine syrup, and orange juice and garnished with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lemon. The ginger ale is often substituted with 7 Up, Sprite, or similar lemon-lime soft drink, and the orange juice is commonly left out. It is often served to children dining with elders to let them share the experience of drinking a cocktail, which is why it is sometimes called a kiddie cocktail

Here are two recipes.Non Alcoholic Shirley TempleINGREDIENTS1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup 1 maraschino cherry DIRECTIONSIn a tall glass, combine orange juice and lemon-lime soda.
